Editorial Policy
This page explains how we research, write, update and correct the guides on Work Management Hub. We want you to know exactly where our information comes from and how we keep it current.
Who writes our guides
Work Management Hub is run by Khasim Basha Shaik. Khasim runs SSPM, a Smartsheet partner, and sets up work management tools such as Smartsheet, monday.com, Asana and ClickUp for real teams. You can read more on our About page.
How we research a guide
- We use the tool. Where we can, we test features on the tool itself, using a free or paid plan, or a demo workspace filled with sample data. Screenshots we take ourselves are labeled “Screenshot by the author”.
- We check official sources. Prices, plan limits and feature details come from the vendor’s own pricing pages, help center and release notes. We note the date we checked them.
- We cite what we use. Guides link to the sources behind important numbers, so you can check them yourself.
- We say who a tool is not for. Our goal is to help you choose well, not to push every reader to buy something.
How we keep guides up to date
Software changes often. We review our most-read guides on a regular schedule and whenever a vendor changes its prices, plans or key features. When we make a real update, we re-check the facts against the official sources and change the “Updated” date at the top of the post. We do not change the date for small edits like typo fixes.
Corrections
If you spot a mistake, please tell us through our contact page. Include the page link and what looks wrong. We check every report. If we got something wrong, we fix it quickly, and for important errors we add a short note to the post.
Independence, affiliate links and ads
Some links on this site are affiliate links, and the site shows ads. We may earn a commission if you buy through a link, at no extra cost to you. This never decides what we recommend. Vendors do not review or approve our guides before we publish them. Read our full Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure.
Review before publishing
A person reviews every guide, and the facts in it are checked against the official sources listed above before it is published or updated.
What we are not
We are not affiliated with any of the software companies we cover unless we say so clearly on the page. Our guides are general information to help you decide; check the vendor’s current terms before you buy.
